How do I even start writing about what's keeping me awake? I have been in a weird mood the last few days. You know when you find out that something bad happens of which you were indirectly a cause? Yeah, that happened to me the other day, and while I don't even know all of the circumstances surrounding it, I still feel guilty. *sigh*
Part of me wants to be apathetic, say fuck it, and just go with my instincts. The other part knows that even though I pretend like this whole situation doesn't matter, it really does. I want, in a horrible way, for someone to prove me wrong and be decent. Unfortunately, the lines regarding decency have already been blurred between us (and that was my fault, I'm afraid). What do you do when you have questions you're afraid to ask because you fear the answers? I've heard all the excuses and the fake compliments and all of that shit from someone else already. I don't know if I want to have to deal with that again. *PUNCH PUNCH PUNCH*
Anyways, I can't write vaguely about that anymore. I'm annoying myself with all of my confusion, haha. I went to my godsons' today and babysat. I can't believe that Blake is almost two! It seems like just yesterday I was holding him at 4 hours old, hah. Ryan is getting so smart! We had a great conversation about The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, the new theme park at Universal, and he taught me alot about Star Wars and what the Republic is (although I didn't really understand what he was talking about!). Speaking of, one day I need to watch those movies so I can have a respectable amount of knowledge. Knowing who Anakin turns into doesn't really count.
I really need to get some sleep. I have a bad headache. I don't work until 5:30 tomorrow, though, so at least I get to sleep in. Frustrating myself is tiring. I want to cuddle.
Goodnight, earth.

So what? So I've got a smile on.
F YES. I am FINALLY feeling so much better. I purchased an air purifier and it is doing miracles. I slept through the night for the first time in a few weeks on Wednesday! Plus, I have the weekend off from work, so it's been the first weekend that I've really been able to hang out with people. I went to Abby's house last night and had a grand old time :)
Anyways, a quick update on life before Liz and Simone pick me up to go to MOA (YES!), photo fashion.
Cartilage and double piercing happened on Wednesday. I'm loving the new ones!

Okay, do you see this beautiful little white box?
It is my air purifier.
We are truly the best of friends.
With him, I can breathe again! Look at how healthy I look!
I am quite joyous about this fact.
QUITE joyous.
Hooray.
Well, I'm off to the mall! Hopefully I'll be dropping by Ab's house again later. Should be a fun time.
6 DAYS UNTIL THE DREAM TEAM IS REUNITED.

Save a broom.
RIDE A SEEKER. Nothing cool happened today except that my new shirts came in the mail! I was so excited!! I had to post photos:
This photo is like. HELL YES. It would happen.
I am so legit.
I also got heat rash during work today. I took a break and turned up Bright Eyes on my pod as loud as possible. It was wonderful. Except for the heat rash part.
I am still sick. Damn allergies.
I am pissed that my hair is becoming darker than I wanted it to be. I paid a lot of money and it just sucks. Not that I don't like the color, it's just not what I was expecting. I guess it does not really matter. Ha.
I love Justin Bieber.
I don't think I'm going to GAC this weekend. It's better that way.
I'm going to watch any Monday night television I missed while working and then I'm going to crash. I hope I do not get lots of energy at one in the morning like I usually do.
My throat hurts. I need a popsicle.
THE FREAKING END.
*end*

Rummaging for answers in the pages.
I am currently in a very Regina Spektor sort of mood. That usually means I'm quite confused. In this case, I am beyond even normal confusion. I have the opportunity (I think?) to go to Gustavus next weekend and go to the Lupe Fiasco concert. Now, this normally wouldn't be a hard decision, but the other things that might occur while I'm there, well... I can't decide if I'm okay with them or not. *sigh* I hate difficult decisions.
Anyways, today was a pretty fabulous day. Andrew was up in the cities for the weekend because of a rugby tournament. He needed new shoes, so off we went to a billion shoe stores. Not surprisingly, of course I also found some suitable feet clothes. Two new pairs of Pumas, one for work and one for play. I love them :) That brings my Puma total up to four, counting my ones that aren't technically Pumas that I bought in China, haha. We also went to Target, where I finally bought some new shorts. I hadn't bought new ones in two years, so I am extremely glad they had a large selection. I will most likely be back when they get more in, because Target clothes are really reasonably priced!
I am rambling.
I've also began working out on a regular basis! My main goal is to tone my abs, but I'm doing other stuff as well. I love the feeling after a long workout when you laugh and your abs hurt. Is that weird? HA.
Well, it is freezing in my room and I have things to do which will require energy before I head off to bed, so I'm off. Gotta fold laundry and shite. I am so tired. This Regina is making me way more chill than usual.

Claire Danes is amazing.
Just thought everyone should know, hah.
Okay so today I decided to dye my hair and get it cut. I went to the salon for my appointment at 6 and my wonderful hairdresser Kelsey worked on it for three and a half hours. While she was foiling my hair (basically turning me into a piece of tin foil), Cole showed up and we FINALLY met and discussed possible apartment-living. Anyways, so after Kelsey was all done, I am officially blonde (although it doesn't really look blonde at all in the photos - blame my computer and horrible lighting for that). It's not exactly the color I was hoping for, but going from the color I had to the one I have now rocks!
So - do blondes *really* have more fun?

At first, I was skeptical.
But then, I embraced the blonde (and my Starbucks).
And apparently forgot how to look at the camera.
While falling in love with my hair.
I am a dork.
That is all.
Sidenote: My hair is not a platinum blonde AT ALL and I hope people did not think that's what I meant when I said I was blonde. It's a caramel blonde - I was hoping for more strawberry blonde, but as summer rolls around, it should actually get more red. And, again, the lighting in my room is HORRIBLE for taking photos. :D

SHAMELESS
Alright, so shameless plug time. First of all, you should know by now that I LOVE popsicles. And by love, I mean, I don't think I could live without them. I now own a popsicle shirt. VIEW:
And since this shirt may be the epitome of greatness in terms of clothing, because it combines thugs, sunglasses, and popsicles, I felt like eating a real popsicle in its honor. VIEW:
It was a momentous occasion.
Anyways, since I haven't written in awhile, I'll give you a basic rundown of the last week or so. Gustavus was on spring break, so I got to see my LOVELY best friend Andrew Lewis. We grew a lot closer this last week, since I'm not actually miserable and he's not annoyed that I'm sad, hahah. That might sound bizarre, but I think he gets really frustrated when I'm upset and he doesn't know what to do. We're good now, though, so it was a brilliant week. We went to Applebee's the first night he was back and were served free shots - we weren't even asked if we were 21! Applebee's is my new favorite restaurant. Proof? We stole our shot glasses (which are plastic, so we figured they were just going to throw them away anyway). Thank you, Applebee's.
When Andrew and I weren't tipping back a few Coronas at his place while watching Pokemon movies (yeah, we're *that* cool), we basically chilled at my house or went to Michelle's, who threw a few good get-together's this week. She is such a great friend! Another day, Liz and Andrew and I went to The Tea Garden and got a bite to eat at Punch (an authentic Italian pizza place). A favorite Tea Garden pastime, of course, is taking photos on Liz's comp.
We had a lot of fun! That night, we hung out at my place and played Scene It and HP Scene It. Liz won both games, haha.
Easter Sunday rolled around and, while I wasn't scaling a 32 foot ladder with one hand (which, by the way, I am the master at), I was playing with my favorite godsons Ryan and Blake. I love them SO much and it was so great to see everyone and play outside in the beautiful weather.
Random occurrences that I didn't yet talk about, but I believe deserve mentioning:
The other day, I decided to curl my hair, which I haven't done since about 10th grade or so. I never realized that it could be so easy or so addicting. I'm like a curling iron addict and my hair looks AWESOME. Now, if you didn't already know this, my favorite part about myself (physical traits alone) is my hair. It's naturally extremely curly/wavy and voluminous, but I've learned how to straighten it properly. Now that I've mastered the art of the curling iron, I love my hair even more.
I started reading Harry Potter again. I'll probably finish the first book tonight and, I must say, I'm sad that I waited this long to reread them. Although, I'll most likely retract that statement upon finishing the seventh book, haha.
I am more than slightly obsessed with Justin Bieber.
I'm attracted to this guy and it's complicated. But that's not really news at all, is it?
I LOVE TAB.
And now for the shameless plug, which I believe should entitle me to at least a bitch position within an advertising agency.
Think Tab is not for you?
Think again.
When you're tired and need a pick-me-up,
Tab is there to refresh and rejuvenate.
When you're jamming out to your favorite band,
Or when you're defeating Team Rocket, Tab gives you the energy you need.
Whether you have a secret to keep,
Or a rumor to spread. *obnoxious knee cap.
When you're hiding out,
Or you're showing off. *HAHAH THIS POSE IS RIDIC.
Whether you're an Asian lover,
Or a downright thug,
Or a scholar, Tab is there to help you out.
Tab. For when you're... you.
If only I could make commercials for a living... I'm sure I would excel in life, haha.
And this is the longest blog I've ever posted because of the photos. GO ME.
